Professional Agreement for The Wedding Masterclass FAM Retreats

The undersigned participant (“Participant”) and Streamline Social LLC DBA The Wedding Masterclass (“Streamline Social”) hereby agree to the following terms and conditions agreed to by Participant, which are incorporated by reference herein, the “Agreement”:

Terms & Conditions for Attendees

Waiver, Release, and Indemnification

As a condition for participation in this event, the Participant expressly waives and releases any and all claims against Streamline Social LLC DBA The Wedding Masterclass, its partners, employees, and affiliates (“Streamline Social”) from any liability, cause of action, demand, or damage arising from or related to participation in the event, including illness, injury, or death associated with COVID-19 or similar.

The Participant agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Streamline Social and related parties from any third-party claims related to participation.

This waiver applies even if such liability results from the sole or contributory negligence of Streamline Social.

Streamline Social does not assume any responsibility for medical, health, or financial assistance in the event of injury or illness.

Cancellations

Cancellations must be submitted in writing to: hello@streamline-social.com

Cancellations are non-refundable.

Cancellations within 7 days before the event incur a penalty of €250 + VAT per person, invoiced and payable within 10 days.

A no-show is defined as failure to attend scheduled appointments or official activities without prior written notice. Multiple missed appointments may result in exclusion from future Streamline Social events.

Additional Terms & Conditions

Attendees must attend all official activities.

Streamline Social may modify the schedule or contents without notice.

Final total cost may require additional payments within 30 days prior to the events based on the current volatility of economic conditions and relations between the United States and other countries.

Personal data may be shared with exhibitors and partners for event-related purposes.

Streamline Social is not liable for theft, personal injury, or damage to personal property.

Participants are responsible for any personal hotel expenses (minibar, room service, spa, etc.) and agree to settle such charges before check-out.

Extra stays or travel not included in the official program are at the Participant’s own expense.

Additional Terms & Conditions

Come prepared with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Be willing to collaborate and work together with fellow travel agents on your FAM trip.
Do not be late to scheduled events. When one person is late it holds up events for the entire FAM trip and causes issues for our vendors and operations departments and can result in additional fees.
You will be required to attend all scheduled events unless prior permission has been granted.
Come prepared and dress appropriately and professionally. Any specific dress codes required beyond this will be sent for each FAM.
Do not discuss with other guests or on public online forum or social media what you paid for your ticket.
Do not solicit guests to book business with you.
Please do not stray from our group when on-site inspections. Ample time will be given for photographs and questions.
Be courteous while on site inspections. Do not sit on beds or chairs, deposit anything into garbage cans or use any bathrooms while inspecting a property.
Please be respectful and courteous at all times to all hosts and resort staff.
Tipping – Tips are not included and are highly suggested.
Do not show up to any scheduled events intoxicated, you will be sent home at your own expense and barred from attending any further FAM trips or events.

GENERAL

The laws of the State of Delaware of the United States of America govern the validity of this Agreement, its interpretation, and performance. This Agreement may not be modified or amended, except by a written agreement agreed to by both parties. This Agreement shall run concurrently with and shall not terminate or supersede any existing agreement between the parties unless specified herein. Furthermore, if any provision of this Agreement is found invalid, the remaining provisions are still effective.
